Aircraft Aesthetics Workshop

Complex painting services for small and medium-sized aircraft carried with AkzoNobel and PPG products. The process includes:

  • Airplane washing
  • Removal of coatings (chemical and mechanical methods)
  • Control of the state of coverage (corrosion)
  • Painting an airplane in accordance with the Customer’s guidelines
  • Pasting and removing plastic elements of graphic layout of an airplane in accordance with the Customer’s guidelines
  • Polishing and waxing coating

Battery workshops

  • Complete overhaul of Safts and Marathons Nickel – Cadmium batteries

Brake Assemblies Workshop

  • Complete overhauls of brake assemblies systems (inspections, parts replacement, test) produced by Meggit, Goodrich, Honeywell and Messier-Bugatti.

Composite Workshop

  • Repairs of composite structures

  • Carbon fibre, glass, and aramid composites, as well as hybrid composites

  • Repairs with „wet” heat treatment and preimpregnant with curing to temperatures up to 350°F (177°C)

  • Repairs of bonded metal, metal and composite structures (laminar and sandwich)

Electronic and Avionics Systems Workshop

  • Checks, repairs, and maintenance of the selected components and sub-assemblies of the following airplanes: Boeing B737, B767, Embraer 145/170/175/195, and ATR 42/72.

Within the scope of services concerning generators, the following are offered:

  • Tests, repairs and overhauls of constant speed drives (CSD`s), integrated drive generators (IDG`s) and AC/DC generators
  • Load bank for direct current generators: 500A/28V
  • Load bank for alternating current generators: 200 V, 360 to 2000 Hz (nominal 400Hz)
  • Drive of 350KM power, rotational speed up to 30.000 rotations per minute
  • Additional DC power supply 1700 A/51 V

Emergency Equipment Workshop
