LOTAMS has over 100 years of experience in aircraft maintenance. Since 2010, we have operated as an independent MRO, following the separation of the technical base from PLL LOT S.A. We are part of PGL (Polish Aviation Group). We employ over 1,800 people in base, line, and workshop maintenance, as well as in production support and administration. We operate two maintenance bases—one in Warsaw and the other in Rzeszów. Our clients are airlines from all over the world, for whom we provide base maintenance for entire fleets (Embraer 170/175/190/195, Boeing 737 Classic/NG/MAX, Boeing 787 Dreamliner).

Ania is a licensed aircraft mechanic, category B1.1, specializing in the maintenance of Embraer 170/190/E2 and Boeing 737 NG/MAX aircraft. She has been with LOTAMS since 2019 and is responsible on a daily basis for the maintenance and repair of aircraft as part of line maintenance operations.

Arek is the Chief Specialist in the Component Maintenance Section and a Safety Officer. He is responsible for planning and coordinating the work of wheel workshops, brake teams, rescue equipment, cylinders, and the hydraulic-mechanical workshop. He joined LOTAMS in 2022.

Justyna is a licensed aircraft mechanic, category B2, and began her journey with LOTAMS in 2018. Starting as a fitter, she gradually gained experience until obtaining her license. She currently works in line maintenance, servicing Embraer and Dreamliner aircraft.

Marta is a Senior Technologist in workshop maintenance. She develops repair technologies for “off-wing” components as well as parts serviced in the composite, sheet metal, and mechanical workshops. Her daily work involves analyzing damage, NDT inspection reports, and technical documentation.

Monika is a designer in the Part 21J Design Organization at LOTAMS. She creates projects implementing minor modifications on aircraft (2D and 3D designs, instructions) and is responsible for certifying the prepared documents and the entire modification behind them.

LOTAMS carried out the first base maintenance of the new Embraer E195-E2, confirming its readiness to provide full technical support for this aircraft type.
