Corporate social responsibility

LOTAMS organizes tours for children from orphanages and schools for children with disabilities (e.g., the Society for the Care of the Blind in Laski), as well as tours for employees’ children. Tour participants are guided through the hangars and have a unique opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at aircraft maintenance, including an introduction to basic aircraft parts and tools used for repairs. All tours are provided free of charge.

The company’s employees are socially engaged, organizing donation drives for orphanages (clothing, food, household chemicals) and collecting books for the Zaczytani.org foundation, which donates them to children’s hospital wards across Poland. In 2016–2017, approximately 600 books were collected. LOTAMS also supports the Serce Dziecka Foundation, the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP), and the “Pajacyk” child nutrition program run by the Polish Humanitarian Action.

The most important thing is health

A healthy lifestyle is also promoted through the provision of Multisport cards and encouraging employees to participate in sports events such as running and cycling. LOTAMS employees took part in the 38th PZU Warsaw Marathon and the 12th Warsaw Half Marathon.

LOTAMS employees themselves can count on employer support. The company has donated significant financial resources to the Dar Serca Foundation for the treatment and rehabilitation of employees with disabilities, as well as provided holiday financial assistance to employees in difficult life situations or with disabled or seriously ill children.

Cultural activities

LOTAMS also supports Polish culture. The company collaborates with several Warsaw theaters, allowing employees to purchase tickets to performances at discounted prices.

LOTAMS has implemented a precisely defined environmental policy, making environmental protection one of the key priorities of its operations. The company is committed to the continuous improvement of its processes to best meet customer needs, while also minimizing environmental risks and preventing workplace accidents.
